Return and Refund Policy

At Ambiensi, we want you to love your space. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your atmosphere, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@ambiensi.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.

2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, Ambiensi covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid printable shipping label.

• Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or the style doesn't fit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fees: We believe in transparency—we charge €0 restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the item price.

4. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging (including all inserts and manuals).

• Unused and without signs of installation (for lighting fixtures).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we will send you an email notification.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

• Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at info@ambiensi.com.
